 About Sheri

A wife, mother, small business owner, party activist, and committed conservative, Sheri Few has answered the call to public service. From growing up in a military family, to lobbying for better education, to holding statewide leadership positions, she believes in working for a better community and standing up to protect our American values.

Sheri and her husband Marty Few have lived in Lugoff 25 years. They have three sons. The youngest, Bobby, attends Lugoff Elgin High School and their two older sons, Jesse and Billy, are college students. As the daughter of an Air Force general officer, Sheri grew up all over the world. She attended high school in England and college in Germany. Her parents retired in South Carolina.

One of the highlights of Sheri’s career is founding SC Parents Involved in Education (SCPIE), which focuses on protecting teachers’ pay and parents’ rights while assuring all children have access to excellent education. After a decade of leadership in this nonprofit, Sheri is now an accomplished grant writer and curriculum author. She is known for her expertise in education and family policy.

Committed to public service, Sheri has held numerous leadership positions, including former chair of the Kershaw County GOP and Former Board Chairman of the Midlands Women’s Center. Currently she serves as Executive Committeeman for the Kershaw County GOP, Vice-Chair of the Kershaw County Republican Women and President of Stand Up South Carolina. Having served as a commissioner for four governors, her latest appointment is to the SC Commission on Women where she serves as Vice Chairman.

She is a passionate conservative. It is her mission to protect our American values.
